This place is well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast offered in the lounge area was great and excellent.

The one-bedroom executive twin apartment at Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta was absolutely perfect for my stay. The luxurious twin-size beds in the master bedroom provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the separate study room with a sofa bed was a great bonus for added flexibility. I felt like I had everything I needed in the fully-equipped kitchen and the roomy wardrobes and helper's room were a nice touch.

Personally, I found that the ensuite bathroom was a bit disappointing. While it had a choice of drench or rain shower, it didn't quite meet my expectations.

The room was a nice size and well-kept, provided us with tv, it was a perfectly pleasant stay all in all. We truly enjoyed the modern decor;)))

I had a great value for my money at Oakwood. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered stunning views of the skyscrapers. The location was safe, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast.

Window seals a bit old, noise from outside. The air conditioning is difficult to set, always too cold in the room. Thus a constant switch on and off. Confused pricing policy, low price only at certain times, otherwise absolutely overpriced.

Nice and tidy spot with a fantastic location, loved the super helpful and quick staff. the room we got was really impressive, equipped with a kitchen, sofa bed, and plenty of good TV channels. 🌟

The interior space of the room and the cleanliness. I hope it'll continue to be like that for a long time. Because from my experience staying in Jakarta, when the building is relatively new, everything is good, after a while everything start to go down. That's why I always find out how old the building/ business is.

Some of the staffs are excellent, but there's always some bad ones as well - when they don't want to help you, they just say cannot be done or I don't know. That's why I always try to talk to or ask the same person.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe apartment, which was a nice gesture. the staff at Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta were incredibly friendly and well-trained, making my stay very enjoyable. - the breakfast was superb, and the convenient early check-in was a plus. - Parking onsite was easy and convenient.

I liked their appartment. It is a five star appartment with all expectation and more. Their staff were excellent in providing the services. You just need to pick up the phone and call the customer services for all your needs.

There are restaurants and Starbucks Cafe which open until late (around 12) everyday. There is also small supermarket downstairs. We stayed there for 4 nights. We felt very comfortable. The atmosohere is really really nice, especially for young people. The only bad thing is that no free Internet. We had to pay usd$ 15 for WiFi Internet per day. Many guests decide to go to Starbucks Cafe downstairs to get free access of Internet WiFi until 12 at night everyday. The soeed of Free WiFi at Starbucks Cafe is really fast.
